We are looking for a dynamic and highly organised individual to join our team as a Helpdesk Call Centre & Office Administrator. Key Responsibilities:

  • Helpdesk Support: Manage incoming calls and emails, providing first-line support to clients and directing queries to the appropriate departments.
  • Customer Service: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Office Administration: Oversee general office operations, including managing supplies, filing, and handling correspondence.
  • Scheduling & Coordination: Assist in scheduling service appointments, coordinating with field teams, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Data Entry: Maintain accurate records in our systems, including client details, service logs, and inventory management.
  • Support Team: Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports, documents, and presentations.

 

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in a call centre, helpdesk, or administrative role is preferred.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organisation: Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Technology: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with CRM systems.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to think on your feet and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work a mixture of day and night shifts as required.
  • Team Player: A positive attitude with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
